To be considered for investment by the GRDF, we request that you complete the questionnaire downloadable below and submit it to SEAF or provide us with a business plan that you have already prepared. Please submit completed questionnaires or business plans to SEAF by email to grdf@seaf.ge or in hard copy to the SEAF office in Tbilisi (see Contact Us for address). Electronic submissions only are preferred and encouraged.
